A Total Lunar Eclipse occurred on the early evening of 7th September 2025. The eclipse was total at moonrise, unfortunately this part took place under total cloud and it was not until the partial phases progressed that an occasional clear spell intervened.  Conditions were therefore not particularly good, however I was pleased to at least be able to get fleeting appearances of the later partial phases!
